How Do I Place An Order?
Simply add your favorite styles to your shopping cart and select your desired quantities. Once you're ready, review your subtotal in the cart and proceed to our secure checkout to complete your purchase using your preferred payment method.

Shipping Information

Carrier & Speed: All orders are shipped via UPS with an estimated delivery of 2–5 business days once processed. Please note that transit times may be extended due to natural disasters, peak seasonal volumes, or other carrier delays officially outlined by UPS.

Tracking & Security: For your peace of mind, every package includes tracking and insurance.

Backorders: If your order contains a backordered item, delivery times may vary. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with alternative options.

Address Accuracy: To protect your purchase, shipping addresses cannot be changed or modified once an order is placed. Please verify your details at checkout before placing an order. Marvelliss iWear is not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our PO Box, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs, provided the items remain undamaged.

Delivered Status: Once a tracking number is marked as "Delivered," we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a customer elects to re-order, we confirm address prior to shipment.
Returns & Cancellations

All Sales Final: Due to sanitary concerns and our commitment to providing only brand-new merchandise, we cannot offer refunds once an order is processed, shipped, and marked as delivered.

Damaged Items: If your eyewear arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. To qualify for a refund, you must provide photos of the damaged box and frames, and return the broken item(s) back to us.

Note: We will reimburse your return shipping costs via store credit once a UPS receipt and tracking number are provided. Shipping cost should not exceed $10-$20.

Cancellations: Due to high order volumes, cancellation requests must be received and acknowledged via email before the order is processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
